informational content. Unless otherwise stated in a license file that ships with a product:
- You may use purchased themes and estimators for your own business or your clients.
- You may not resell, redistribute or repackage our products as your own without written permission.
- You are responsible for how you implement pricing logic, deposits and payment flows in your own systems.
2. No guarantees of specific results
We design Easy Accurate to help service businesses quote faster and present pricing more clearly.
However, we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, booked jobs, revenue or search rankings.
Your results depend on your market, competition, pricing, reputation and execution.
3. Pricing logic & legal compliance
Easy Accurate provides tools and structures for building estimators. You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your pricing is accurate, legal and appropriate for your service area.
- Complying with consumer protection, contract, tax and marketing laws in your region.
- Clearly explaining what is and is not included in your estimates when you deal with customers.
We are not responsible for disputes between you and your customers related to pricing or scope of work.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Easy Accurate owns the rights to:
- Website layouts and theme structures provided as Easy Accurate products.
- Estimator logic templates, copy, and UX flows included with those products.
- Logos, brand assets and marketing language specific to Easy Accurate.
You may not use the Easy Accurate brand, logo or marketing copy in a way that suggests a partnership,
endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
5. Payments, refunds & access
Digital products are typically delivered as downloadable files (for example, zip archives).
Because these products are digital and can be copied, refunds may be limited or unavailable
after download, except where required by law.

6. Third-party services
Your implementation of Easy Accurate themes or estimators may involve third parties such as:

We do not control these services and are not responsible for outages, billing, security or changes
to their features or pricing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Accurate is not liable for:
- Lost revenue, lost profits or lost opportunities.
- Data loss, service interruption or technical issues on your hosting or systems.
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products.
If we are found liable in any matter, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid
for the specific product or service involved.

We may modify, update or discontinue parts of the site, themes, estimators or pricing at any time.
We will not be obligated to maintain older versions of products forever, but we aim to keep things
